SDGs 5 : Gender Equality

Hello everyone!!!

This time i'm gonna implementing SDGs number 5 which is Gender Equality.

Gender Equality is not only a fundamental human right, but a necessary foundation for a peaceful, prosperous and sustainable world.

Between men and women in terms of education the most marginalized are women with a lot of stigma in society.

We've heard a lot of stigma about highly educated women violating nature. In natural society, women are the housewife of the house and family, so they are considered not to need high school. The lower position of women in this society has caused injustice to women such as domestic violence, sexual harassment, early arranged marriages and etc.

However, currently there has been progress over the last decades more girls are going to school, fewer girls are forced into early marriage, 70% of medical personnel in Indonesia are women, 48% of women at the financial management level are chief financial officers, 64.35% of teaching staff are women.

My action in voicing gender equality in education in the surrounding community is by making and posting posters around my house.

Indeed this is a small step that I can do but there is no big thing that does not start from small things.  So the slightest step I'm sure can be useful in the future.  Let's together do our best without thinking about how big it is and walk hand in hand to realize our goals together so that none of our friends are left behind.

See you!!!
